Ingredients
1 packet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip & Dessert Mix
1 brick (250g) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough
Strawberries
Kiwi
Blackberries
Other fruits of your choosing
Optional Mini chocolate rollos or shaved chocolate
Instructions
Press cookie dough evenly in the bottom of a greased 12" round pizza pan to form crust or use parchment paper. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside and let cool. Meanwhile, combine Cheeseball Mix with cream cheese and mix until smooth. Spread mixture on cooked crust and top with fresh fruit, mini rollos or shaved chocolate. A dusting of icing sugar is also a nice finishing touch. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
